IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OCEAN HOUSE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

OCEAN HOUSE UNIT 1805:
Convenience is key when renting at Ocean House! This Gulf front complex is located directly on the white sand beaches, approximately a mile from downtown Gulf Shores. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit sleeps 8!
This unit offers spectacular tile flooring throughout and is fully furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The Kitchen offers both small & large appliances with cookware and pantry. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Area, complete with table and 4 chairs, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The Living Room has plenty of seating for everyone--Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, & Easy Chair with Ottoman. In addition to the gorgeous views of the beach & Gulf of Mexico from the Living Room, there is a 46' TV for keeping up with morning news or watching movies at night.

The Beach Front Bedroom offers a King Bed, Chest of Drawers, & Television, gorgeus views of the Gulf of Mexico, and Balcony access. This space features a Private Bath that has a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

The Guest Bedroom features Queen Bedding with additional Daybed & Trundle--sleeping 4 total. This bedroom also has a private bathroom that features a standing shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Enjoy picturesque sunrises and sunsets from the 8th floor balcony, where seating is provided to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails!!!

Ocean House offers a zero-entry pool with large sun deck and lounge chairs.

Area Attractions close by are: The Wharf, Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Center. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

  The overall experience was very good. I would rate it a 4.7 The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. Great view! Another couple went with us and for them the second bedroom was a little dark and the bathroom/shower was small. The property has a nice pool and the beach is wonderful, but other onsite amenities were lacking. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

  Good place to rent for a week. We've stayed at this building a couple times now. This time we came with 5 families who all had condos here. Took over the tables by the pool for a couple evenings for carry out dinners. Pool was closed the first day we were there and they weren't in a hurry to fix the problem. but overall, great location, nice pool especially for little kids. Our condo needed some kid friendly plates/cups. They only had glass and not so good for 3 yr olds.

  We have 3 young boys and this condo was the perfect set up. Plenty of room for all 3 in the guest room which was great! No one had to sleep in the living room. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely come back to this condo! This was one of most relaxing vacations we've been on in a while.
